ASBA’s Growing Opportunities Program
Individuals impacted by the criminal legal system often face significant barriers to reintegration into society, including limited access to education, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The Growing Opportunities (GO) program, developed by the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), seeks to address these challenges by providing a comprehensive training and mentorship program.
The GO program is specifically designed to empower individuals impacted by the criminal legal system to succeed in their personal, professional, and entrepreneurial endeavors. One key aspect of the program is the training platform, built by Goodfinder, that serves up entrepreneurial content. This platform offers a combination of skills training, mentorship, and support, aimed at equipping participants with the tools and resources they need to overcome barriers and achieve success.
Through the GO program, ASBA and Goodfinder are committed to breaking down barriers and creating pathways to success for individuals impacted by the criminal legal system. By investing in their growth and development, we can create a more inclusive and equitable society for all.

Curriculum Design
In collaboration with the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), we developed a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) and designed a curriculum of 14 courses tailored for justice-impacted individuals looking to start businesses and reintegrate into society. These courses cover a range of topics, including entrepreneurship fundamentals, business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies, providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to launch and grow their own businesses.
Additionally, our platform offers support services to help guide participants through the process of starting and managing a business. By empowering justice-impacted individuals with the tools and resources they need to succeed as entrepreneurs, we aim to break down barriers to reintegration and create pathways to a brighter future for all.
